Purchase & Installation Guidelines

Welcome to Architexture Furnishings. By engaging our bespoke furniture design and architectural installation services, you're entering into a formal agreement. We pride ourselves on precision, and these terms protect your investment as much as our craftsmanship.

1. Bespoke Sales and Commissions

How do we ensure your vision is realized? Every single piece categorized as 'Bespoke' or 'Custom' is manufactured to your unique specifications. Because of this, once production has commenced following your final approval of the architectural shop drawings, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom cabinetry and cabinetry installations. The remaining balance is due strictly 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation date at your Linden Boulevard project or specified site.

2. Installation & Structural Liability

Our team handles architectural furniture installations with extreme care. However, it's the client's responsibility to ensure that the substrate—the walls, floors, or ceilings—is structurally sound and capable of supporting the designed load.

Will Architexture Furnishings be liable for existing structural deficiencies? No. We're responsible for the integrity of our furniture, but we don't assume liability for the building's structural health. If we encounter unforeseen structural issues upon arrival, we'll halt work and consult with your contractor immediately.

3. Lead Times & Delivery

Quality takes time. Typical lead times for custom cabinetry range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on material sourcing. While we strive to meet every deadline, Architexture Furnishings isn't liable for delays caused by global material shortages or logistical issues beyond our direct control. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
